Our grandsons came to stay with us this weekend. Their father has been in the hospital for over a week now. His doctors found a 2 inch diameter tumor on his brain, and he needed surgery. We are very thankful that is was a benign tumor. But the removal did contribute to more problems for him and his family. And he will need more extensive care while he is still in the hospital and when he gets home. My daughter has been spending alot of time with her husband and we find that we are spending some bonding time with our grandsons.
Ivan is the oldest, and he can sense the changes going on. But he enjoyed his time with grandpa and grandma. We decorated eggs in anticipation of the easter bunny coming during the night to hide their eggs.
Nickolas enjoyed coloring his eggs and is very excited to have the easter bunny visit.No sewing this weekend, no time. Easter dinner tomorrow, youngest daughter and her husband to join us, and the boys should be here till the evening.
But what a great fun weekend!
